Ms. Maggie Chan became one of the first batch of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area ("GBA”) lawyers in 2022, and then joined and practiced in Sino-Win Law Firm in Guangdong (广东胜伦律师事务所). This year (2024), another partner of our firm, Mr. Lemuel Kwok, has also qualified as a GBA lawyer, and has joined to practise in Sino-Win Law Firm. Sino-Win Law Firm specially held a ceremony to welcome the joining of the two GBA lawyers, Ms. Maggie Chan and Mr. Lemuel Kwok. The principal lawyer of Sino-Win Law Firm, Mr. Xiao Shengfang, delivered a welcome speech and pointed out that the joining of the two GBA lawyers can provide more diversified and international legal services to those enterprises, as well as both local and foreign clients in the GBA. During the event, Ms. Maggie Chan and Mr. Lemuel Kwok held thematic sessions respectively to share practical experience and discuss foreign law related challenges encountered in daily work with lawyers of Sino-Win Law Firm.
